Day 6 Castle Mountain

An excellent day on the hill.  Had ~10 cm of snow during the night giving the mountain a well deserved make over.  Sun came out and made for a beautiful day.  Julie finds the POW a little challenging.

We were out for 9:15 when the lifts opened giving us the opportunity to make some fresh tracks.  Skiing was so good that our mountain guide Steve did not even wait for us.  We only got a couple of pole waves.

Following are a couple of photos from the day.

We finished off our day with our training walk, which give us a photo op with the Castle sign
We also got some good news today.  We made contact with Rob and Allison Price, friends of our from Sudbury who now live in Saskatoon, so we now have another place to stay on the way back to Ontario in March.
