Day 64, Sunday August 25th 2013

Day 64, Sunday August 25th 2013

Woke up in our house and started sorting through stuff for the boat and offloading the truck.  Jago's are staying in the house for 1 more month so we reviewed the putting the house to bed protocols and arranged for house care and maintenance.  If anyone knows any renters, let us know....

Both Jago's and Tyler's have bought new homes so we are going to visit both places to admire the new digs.  Jago's is first and it is a lovely large home with lots of landscaping to be done.  Glad it is them and not me that has all the decisions and work to be done.  Makes me glad to live on the boat.  Have fun Mary and Bruce, it will be beautiful by the time we get to visit you again next year. We then head up to New Sudbury to look for a camera battery, headsets, and a portable printer.  In today's day and age we need a scanner, and printer to keep our administrative lives in order.  After little success we proceed to Tyler's house.  They are quite settled into their new nest.  Makes Julie a little whimsical about having a home vs. being on the move quite so much.  We leave their with our parting gift of a zucchini and relish (thanks Nancy) and are on our way over to Trevisiol's for some pizza and corn.  Ruth and Colleen pop over to say good-bye also.  We crash here early as we have an early day the next day driving back to Sarnia.

Cheers
Julie and Dawson
