Day 220, Tuesday, January 28^th

Dawson wakes up to a myriad of boy jobs today.  First on the agenda is back to the outboard engine.  He spends the morning removing the temperature mechanism, and fixing the linkage.  Without the thermometer the engine is still running hot.  He decides to take it into Georgetown, but they won’t service a mercury outboard at the shop, so we are back to home repairs.  Fortunately we do have some friends to pick their brains so we (that’s the royal we-being Dawson)  will muddle through.

A pretty boring day today as Julie is on laundry and cleaning duty in between reading her novel.

There are dolphins in the bay to watch but they don't come closer than a couple hundred feet of the boat.

Early to bed tonight as usual.
