Day 234, Feb. 11, Tuesday, Georgetown
Today we are snorkelling with Gwen and Guiomme. There is a cave in one of the hurricane
holes. We are not able to go into the
cave, but the entrance is interesting with lots of fish and a huge ray watching
us. Before snorkelling we of course did
yoga and went for a run (women/men respectively).
We also go for a bit of a dinghy explore looking for other
snorkelling sites, but have no luck. We
return to the beach and join in on some volleyball.
We have lobster tails defrosting so have been looking
forward to dinner all day. Lynn from
Windward has bought us a lemon which Julie had asked as a favour so they
deliver it to us in time for sundowners.
We chat away enjoying a beautiful sunset.
Tonight we are choosing to barbeque the lobster tails. It is a bit more challenging to determine
when they are cooked. Next time we will
steam them. The taste is fabulous though
with the barbeque method. A little
butter and lemon and voila, we are eating like kings and queens. We are definitely enjoying this portion of
our adventure.
Cheers
Julie and Dawson
